Runway is growing, and we're looking for someone who knows house and land packaging inside out to join the team in Melbourne.
Runway builds the software that home builders and masterplanned community developers use to configure, price and sell house and land. As more clients come on board across Australia, and as we take the open-builder land sales model into the United States, we need another set of hands on the packaging itself.
That is where you come in.
The role
This is a doing role, not a managing one. You will build and maintain house and land packaging across a set of client accounts: setting up pricing and build logic, configuring estates, stages and lots, and untangling the real-world detail that comes with translating how a builder actually prices a home into a working system.
You will work directly with client H&L, estimating and sales teams to understand their logic before you build it, run platform walkthroughs and training, and handle the day-to-day packaging requests. When something breaks or a gap shows up, you fix it and flag it, rather than escalating by default.
Who we're looking for
Someone who has done the work themselves. If you have built packaging inside a builder, a developer or an estimating consultancy, and you are the person who knows how the numbers come together, we want to talk to you.
You will be comfortable with price lists, inclusions, build logic, plans of subdivision, PLAT and lot fit. You will have real technical aptitude and the discipline to check your own work. And you will already be using AI tools in your day to day, with examples to show for it. AI is embedded in how we work. We are looking for someone who is already there, not someone planning to start.
What's on offer
A defined path to Account Manager for the person who earns it, with reviews at 90 days and 6 months. Genuine international market experience as our US business grows, in a role that would not normally offer it. And a first month of in-depth training on the Runway suite, so you start on solid ground.
The role is Melbourne-based and hybrid, Monday to Friday.
